江苏省设备成套有限公司（招标代理机构）受买方委托，对下列产品及伴随服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，现邀请合格的投标人参加投标。

Entrusted by the Purchaser, Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. invites sealed bids from eligible bidders at home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and service by the way of international competitive bidding (ICB).

1. 设备名称、数量和主要技术参数：

2. 标书售价为：5000元人民币，标书售后不退；国内邮购需另加人民币50元，港澳台地区及国外邮购需另加美元30元。

Price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of RMB5000. For mail order, RMB 50 (domestic) or USD 30 (abroad and in Hongkong, Taiwan, Macao) should be added for express mail service.

3. 购买标书的时间：2017年5 月19日起至2017年5月26 日，每天8:30－11:30，13:30－17:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。不购买招标文件的不得参加投标。

Time of selling bidding documents: 8:30-11:30, 13:30-17:00 (Beijing time, except holidays) from 19 to 26 .May , 2017. The bidder who has not bought the bidding documents is not allowed to attend the bid.
